As we prepare to host the 10th ICFFR & 19th IWFSS in Coimbra, the Organising Committee is taking steps to minimize the environmental footprint of our conference. One of the biggest challenges in organizing a large-scale international event is preventing food waste.

To achieve a more sustainable and socially responsible event, we are asking all registered participants to confirm their exact meal attendance for the daily lunches and the Conference Dinner. Accurate numbers allow our catering team to prepare only what is needed, drastically reducing discarded food and the associated carbon footprint, while also helping us manage the event's budget responsibly.

If you are registered, please take a moment to submit your preferences by 15 October.

Even if you do not intend to join us for the meals, filling out the form to decline is just as important to help us close the final numbers.
