Instructions for Registration
| To register for the 10th ICFFR & 19th IWFSS and/or its related events, please first check the “Deadlines & Fees” menu, or click above in the "Conference fees" tab to ensure you are familiar with all the items available for purchase, the associated fees, and the deadlines for each registration phase. You can also check what each item refers to. |
There are three phases for registration: the sooner you register, the lower the prices will be.
To proceed, click the blue “Register now” button above and follow the steps indicated during the process.

Due to this high demand, we would like to inform you that the Conference Dinner at Quinta das Lágrimas has officially reached its maximum capacity and is now fully booked. Moving forward, anyone who registers for the conference from October 1st onwards, will be automatically placed on a waiting list. As we get closer to the event, if spots open up due to cancellations, we will allocate them to those on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis. If you end up on the waiting list and a spot does not become available, please do not worry. You will have the choice to either join an alternative group dinner that we will organize at a very nice restaurant right next to the conference venue or simply receive a full refund for the dinner portion of your registration fee. Please note that no refunds will be issued to anyone already registered that will not attend the banquet. |
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) An invoice will be sent to you after the registration, when we have confirmed that your payment has gone through.
2) If you need a pro-forma invoice before paying, you need to register first and provide all information requested. After this, please send an email to pagamentos@adai.pt
3) If you register as a student, it is mandatory that you send a document proving your student condition to pagamentos@adai.pt
